Get Healthy! at The Montana Athletic Club The Montana Athletic Club-Libby (MAC) realizes that exercising at a health club may feel awkward or even intimidating. They're committed to helping you feel at home by staying at your side and helping you until you feel comfortable. Some people think health clubs are only for healthy people. But at MAC, everybody—whether you're already fit or striving to be more fit—will feel at ease.
They invite you to come on in, and let the friendly staff show you the club's wide variety of cardio equipment. MAC has quality commercial treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes, and rowers that can keep your heart and lungs healthy allowing you to live longer and better. The staff will show you how to stretch to make your body more limber, and you'll find a full line of strength equipment, including easy-to-use air resistance machines that strengthen your muscles so you can better enjoy your favorite activities. Your membership also allows you to attend any of the 35 weekly group exercise classes, which include senior strength and stretch classes, Pilates, Tai Chi, yoga, muscle toning, step workouts and dance aerobics. You'll also enjoy seminars on nutrition and other health topics conducted by professionals from St. John's Lutheran Hospital, the CARD clinic or the MAC staff. One of the great benefits of exercise is that it gives you more energy and puts you in a better mood.
